Rotary Foundation Update

The mission of the Rotary Foundation is to support the efforts of Rotary International in the fulfillment of the Object of Rotary, Rotary’s Mission, and the achievement of world understanding and peace through local, national, and international humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs.

Our International President asked that every member, every year contribute $100 toward support of Rotary International programs. The Ames Morning Rotary Club has accepted this challenge and has met the goal of $100 per member each of the last four years.

For fiscal year 2003-2004 a total of 106 million dollars was given to support the work of the Rotary Foundation.
