CLUB/COMMUNITY
- Implement modified Club Leadership Plan, including new bylaws and committee structure.
- Establish periodic club assemblies, per above. Use podium and web site to increase transparency of club business.
- Use December annual meeting to focus on four Avenues of Service, develop potential initiatives for following year.
- Continue to work through new budget process, revising as warranted.
- Engage all club members in at least one project or initiative built around four Avenues of Service
- Invite "Guests of the Club" people such as Steve Schainker or Linda Beyea or others from community organizations. not as speaker but simply invited to share breakfast and program.
- Initiate new image campaign, similar to “Caught in the Act.”
- Expand existing club involvement in Emergency Residence Project.
- Expand literacy initiative at McFarland Clinic
- Expand new member orientation, including service project plan similar to Ames Noon Rotary.
- Plan at least two social events. Valentine’s dinner. Possible Christmas party. Possible joint meeting with noon club.
